This beginner’s course is for anyone who wants to learn digital skills, no matter your current knowledge. This course is appropriate for complete beginners, so don’t worry if this is all new to you. Learn to use word processing software and fill out online forms in this Digital Skills course. Understand how to use email and search for information online. This digital skills training also teaches you how to shop online securely. You’ll understand online safety and data storage.

This short non-accredited course will guide you through how you can apply Emotional freedom techniques (EFT) as a complementary treatment to support you in dealing with physical pain and emotional distress. It is also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. People who use this technique believe tapping the body can create a balance in your energy system and treat pain. This course offers interactive discussion and easy to learn practical techniques that millions of people use every day. With regular practice you may be surprised at how you can make a difference to your health and wellbeing.

Suitable for all levels and taught by Georgia an experienced yoga teacher, who offers a range of difficulties to suit everybody. During this relaxed and friendly class, you will learn accessible yoga postures that can be done from the comfort of your own chair. We will cover breath work and body alignment. This class will strengthen your body, increase your flexibility and prepare you for your day by offering a meditation at the end of every session. You will learn how you can benefit from a regular yoga practice that incorporates hand mudras. All you need to do is prepare a space at home where you will not be disturbed, have a comfortable chair with back support and wear comfortable clothing. Look forwards to seeing you there!

A fun and friendly class for adults with learning disabilities. A funky dance workout to get you moving; dance along to your favourite music and why not sing along too! Lots of different dances with pom poms, tambourines and ribbons too. Join in at your own pace and have lots of fun! The Reaching Out Programme classes are open to people living in the community that can have their needs met by the class. This is a class for people with a learning disability.

Have you learnt the basics of painting in watercolours and are looking for fresh ideas? Do you want to learn how to create expressive and creative textures and effects in watercolours? Are you unsure where to start, what to use and how to use it? Why not join this course to explore your own creativity, find inspiration and receive support and encouragement? This ten-week course aims to provide lots of ideas and techniques for working spontaneously and expressively as well as how to create a variety of different textures and effects. You will also have the opportunity to share ideas and take part in weekly discussions about your artworks with the tutor and other students on the course.

On this course, learn the sewing techniques needed to use a machine and pattern to make samples and a simple garment.

Are you ready to take the next step in your dressmaking? Progress your sewing skills with this intermediate dressmaking course. Throughout the class, you will improve the sewing, measuring and adjustment skills you need to become a dressmaker. By the end of the course, you'll be able to make and finish garments, and improve your knowledge of fabrics.

If you enjoy music, then this course is for you! No experience is needed to take part in this course. This is a class for people with a learning disability. Join us as we listen and move to the rhythm of the music; or maybe you'd even like to sing along! We will enjoy some old favourites and also enjoy something new. The Reaching Out Programme classes are open to people living in the community that can have their needs met by the class.
