14/07/2022 - Why don't they teach this in school? Tenancy
This course is aimed at young people moving into their first independent accommodation. The content of the course has been compiled from interviews with young people, housing officers, housing associations, county council and district council staff.
The course aims to cover a diverse range of topics which will include how to find a place to live, affording accommodation, building a support network and how to make a complaint.
Each module of this course comes with a digital badge awarded by the WEA and Badge Nation through the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Region of Learning project. You can add your badges to your CV, your social media and use it to demonstrate to landlords that you will be a reliable tenant.
