The WEA Green Award has been created to recognise individuals or groups in Scotland who have adopted or promoted innovative educational approaches to green issues creatively and in a sustainable way. This may also involve inspiring and supporting others to consider taking action to promote a sustainable lifestyle.

The WEA Scotland award has been created to recognise individuals or groups in Scotland who have adopted or promoted innovative educational approaches to green issues.
What is the prize?
The prize consists of £500 cash for the winner's business or organisation.
Who can enter?
Any individual or self-funding community group can be nominated, and self-nomination is also encouraged.
Nominations must show evidence of addressing one or more of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
How can I enter?
Simply complete the webform form below to enter.
Evidence of the work and its success may be presented in any format appropriate to the nomination eg written, video, audio, photographs, this can be linked to in the application, or submitted via email alongside the webform to greenawardscot@wea.ac.uk.
The closing date for applications is 23:59, Monday 31st July 2023.
