This course is for women only. It will be held at the Dolphin Women's Centre, Washwood Heath, Birmingham and is an ESOL course for learners at Entry Level 1. The course will help you to develop your basic writing skills in English. This is an English course aimed at adults for whom English is not their first language. You will get lots of opportuntities to practice your new English skills in groups and individually, you will also be given homework tasks so you can continue to practice at home. The course is for learners who need support with English and who want to pass the Driving Theory test. Our course is friendly and a safe environment to ask questions. You will help each other to learn and practice through informal activities and discussions, helping you to develop your understanding and confidence. There will be an enrolment/assessment session on 18th March at 12.30 at Millan Centre, 89 Victor Street. BD9 4RA . This is a women-only centre. You must attend this enrolment session to make sure this is the right course for you. If this is your first WEA course, please bring ID and proof of benefit or low wage if you wish to claim fee waiver.
