The aim is to help develop and channel students' writing ability, whether as a hobby or for publication with discussion of many aspects of writing, projects and readings of their work in a constructive and friendly setting. All levels are welcome.

Course description
This course will help to develop and channel your writing ability, whether as a hobby or for publication and foster enjoyment of writing. The emphasis is on individual development. All forms are included, notably short stories, novels, plays, feature articles, poetry, autobiography and memoirs.
You will be invited to read your work and have feedback in a constructive and friendly setting. We will have discussions on many aspects, such as shaping short stories, creating characters and using description. There will also be short writing projects in class.
