Art Practical: Drawing and Painting (Reaching Out) - L’Arche

This course gives students, including those who otherwise cannot get access to art classes, the opportunity to experiment with a range of materials and techniques and complete a number of exciting projects in drawing and painting. The course, which is run by our highly experienced tutor, is open to beginners as well as those looking to improve their skills. The projects include: painting for fun, tracing and transferring designs, colouring-in, drawing and painting animals, painting landscapes, poster design, abstract art and copying faces. Art Practical: Creative Painting

To introduce students to painting in acrylics and take them to a higher level and begin to develop their skills. This course is accessible to beginners but also provides an ideal stepping stone towards intermediate levels. With step-by-step instructions, demonstrations and handouts, students can build their skills with confidence. Students are supported throughout the course by a process of constructive assessment.
