Course description
This course combines the therapeutic benefits of crafting and cooking to promote well-being, mindfulness, and self-care. Learners will understand the connection between creativity, cooking and overall wellness. Learners will explore creative hands-on crafts and learn to prepare simple, nutritious meals that support physical and mental health. Explore the basics of healthy meal preparation and mindful eating. Develop skills in making handcrafted wellness products. The course is designed to encourage relaxation, reduce stress, and build confidence in both creative expression and healthy cooking. Experience the joy of making and sharing handmade and homemade items.
