3. How to make an Easter basket

Easter baskets are a fantastic craft you can try at home, and you only need some bits of paper, a needle and glue. This easter craft idea can be useful year after year to store your easter eggs, chocolate or whatever you like.

You will need:

  • Cotton piping cord
  • Wool
  • Craft glue (hot glue is preferred)
  • Scissors

Optional:

  • Needle and thread

Method:

1. First, knot a piece of wool at the end of the cotton piping.

2. Then begin wrapping the yarn around and around the piping.

4. Then, take the un-wrapped side of the piping. Roll it up and add a line of hot glue and hold it until it’s secure. Wait a few minutes for this to dry and repeat every few inches.

5. Glue a piece of piping over the basket as a handle.
