Navjot Johal is the Director of Learnng at the WEA.
Nav has over 15 years of experience in adult education institutions with roles including Head of Region (at WEA), Head of Operations, Curriculum Management, as well as direct teaching in classrooms and institutions.
He is responsible for the smooth navigation of our learners through the WEA. This includes the initial learner attraction (marketing), the enrolment & onboarding teams, into learning and support securing positive destinations for the individual
