Course description
The course will enable the learner to: produce a letter in a professional format suitable for either personal or professional situations, create a memo and understand their purpose, learn the correct design/ layout when putting together an Invoice which will look professional in its final presentation. Have an overall awareness of how/why a business document is formulated: inserting a date, align text, formatting, word count, find and replace, spell and grammar check, find out what the terms CC, BCC and Enc mean and where they appear on a letter, memo and invoice. Use Word 365 invoice templates and save a template and find out what Word 365 can offer and how it will be a useful resource in business and everyday life.
