The course consists of 45hrs of in venue classes and 10hrs of online learner directed self study with tutor guidance and support.
Functional Skills qualifications are free if you don't already have a GCSE in English or Maths at grades A*-C, or 4-9. We'll check your level and any previous qualifications before you start. This ensures you are on the correct course.
Course description
A Functional Skills Mathematics Entry Level qualification is designed to give you the fundamental mathematical knowledge and skills which can be applied to everyday situations. It will help you gain confidence and fluency in mathematics and develop a positive attitude towards the subject.
