Course description
This course introduces participants to Pilates, a low-impact exercise method designed to improve flexibility, strength, posture, and overall well-being. Learners will be able to understand the basic principles of Pilates and its benefits for well-being. Through controlled movements and focused breathing, participants will develop core stability, reduce tension, and enhance both physical and mental relaxation and improve posture, flexibility, and core strength through controlled movements. Develop breathing techniques to enhance relaxation and body awareness. Suitable for beginners and those looking to improve their mobility, this course offers a gentle yet effective approach to movement for stress relief and improved body awareness.
