Course overview
Course description
Yoga is about mind, body and breath working together and that is the ethos of the course. There is both consistency and variety. We practice the 7-Way Stretch and Salute to the Sun each week as well as a range of postures/asanas.
Yoga is a way of life and thus part of everyday life; students are able to take home with them; yoga movements to practise, how to work with their breath, how to relax and how to meditate. The sessions are much more than a weekly class but a way to live mindfully and with awareness.
