Course description
This course introduces the fundamental principles and movements of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, two ancient Chinese practices that promote relaxation, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. Learners will be understand the history and principles of Tai Chi Qi Gong. Learners will learn the fundamentals, postures and gentle flowing movements and balance combined with breathing techniques to enhance physical health and mental clarity. This course is suitable for beginners and those looking to improve mobility, reduce stress, and cultivate inner calm. Learners will learn the techniques to integrate these practices into daily life for long term benefits.
