Healthy Living: Mindfulness through Art

Mindfulness is a state of being relaxed and calm by focusing intensely on a specific activity. In this course you will be introduced to a variety of easy art activities which are designed to help you become more mindful - such as neurographic art, painting to music, mandalas, pattern and repetitive mark-making - all designed to encourage a state of meditative calm. You don’t need to have any prior art experience to enjoy and take benefit from the sessions. All materials will be provided.
