Course overview
Bonjour! Calling all lovers of French to come together to learn and have fun together speaking French. Whether you have just started learning French or you learnt French many years ago and you feel you have or might have forgotten all; then, this is a place for you to practise your French. Either before you go on holiday or just to practise to keep improving.
This course is for two hours a week. The course will be taught by a near-native French speaker who has studied French in England so completely understands the challenges that English speakers face when learning French. You will be given ideas to help improve and a lot of opportunity to practise speaking, listening, reading and writing French. Why don’t you join us on this journey.
Course description
This course is for anyone who has studied French in the past and seeking to improve.
The Advance French is a course to enhance your confidence in speaking French and boost your listening skills. This is a very interactive course where you would practise what you already know and learn new vocabulary and expressions. Some of the topics include: describing people and personalities, introductions, talking about cities, ordering food in a restaurant, and the weather.
This course uses Authentic French making it accessible to all levels; using French TV, radio and film. There will also be grammar activities to make you more independent.
