Course description
This course is designed to help ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) learners navigate essential public and community services with confidence. Participants will develop practical language skills and knowledge to access healthcare, education, housing, employment, and other key services. It will help improve your English language skills for practical use in daily life. Learn key vocabulary and phrases for interacting with service providers and understand how to access healthcare, education housing and financial support. Through interactive activities and real-life scenarios, learners will improve their communication skills while gaining a better understanding of their rights and available support systems.
