Course description
Join us for a creative and enjoyable session where you'll learn the fundamental techniques, tips, and ideas in wreath making using a collection of beautiful, colourful faux flowers and greenery. This course will equip you with the skills to craft a stunning late summer wreath that will last through Halloween and even into Christmas. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, you'll leave with the knowledge and confidence to create your own wreaths year-round, using either faux or fresh flowers.
On this course, you will gain an understanding of the basics of wreath construction, including the types of wreath bases and how to choose the best one for your project. You will learn how to select and arrange flowers and greenery to create a visually balanced and aesthetically pleasing wreath. You will discover various methods for securely attaching faux flowers and greenery to your wreath base. Gain insights on how to adapt your wreath from late summer to autumn and winter, ensuring it remains relevant and fresh through multiple seasons. Explore ways to incorporate personal touches and unique elements, such as ribbons, berries, and decorative accents, to make your wreath truly one-of-a-kind. All materials will be provided but feel free to bring your own too.
