Level 1: Covers basic skills and knowledge needed for this subject
Level 2: Building on basic knowledge or experience. Similar to Grade 4/ C at GCSE or O level in England or Standards in Scotland.
Level 3: Learn about the topic in-depth and have a broad range of skills. Independent working Equivalent to an A level in England or Higher in Scotland.

Course description
This relaxing and creative course is designed for those who have basic crochet or knitting skills and wish to build on their knowledge and strengthen their skills in both knitting and crocheting while enjoying the therapeutic benefits of crafting. Learn intermediate techniques such as shaping, joining, and pattern reading. Focusing on mindful making, the course will guide learners through more advanced techniques and patterns in a calming, supportive environment. Explore crafting as a tool for mindfulness and stress relief. Create personal projects that support creativity and relaxation. Build confidence in working independently and solving pattern challenges As well as developing your confidence in stitches, you’ll also discover how crochet and knitting can enhance mental clarity, reduce stress, and bring a sense of joy and achievement.
