This online interactive course will help you learn some of the useful vocabulary related to Driving Theory and will allow you to understand the main driving rules in the UK. You will have access to the official DVLA website to practise as well as suggested materials in Canvas (our online learning platform). One face to face session will take place on March 11th at a veue to be confirmed.

When you learn in context, it’s easy to see how functional maths is. This Functional Skills Maths Level 2 course is designed using real-life examples to help you improve your maths skills. If you find it easier to learn maths with practical examples, this is the course for you. Pre-Entry ESOL: Confidence in English is designed to help non-native English speakers develop basic speaking and listening skills necessary for everyday communication. This course focuses on practical vocabulary and phrases used in common social interactions, such as greetings, asking for directions, and making small talk. Participants will engage in interactive activities and role-plays that encourage real-life practice and build confidence in their ability to communicate in English.

This one-week course aims to help you to explore different ways to make pencil marks; the use of tone and shading; line drawings; proportion, perspective and composition whilst drawing nature. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and share your artworks with the tutor and other students on this Online, Two session course.

This course is for women only. It will be held at the Dolphin Women's Centre, Washwood Heath, Birmingham and is an ESOL course for beginners. The course will help you to develop your basic speaking and listening, reading and writing skills in English. This is an English course aimed at adults for whom English is not their first language. You will get lots of opportunities to practice your new English skills in groups and individually, you will also be given homework tasks so you can continue to practice at home.. If you are supporting someone to find an English class you have come to the right place. This course is funded by West Midlands Combined Authority.

The 'Working in the UK' course is aimed at Esol E2/E3 learners. It helps you understand UK job basics. You will learn about finding jobs, writing a CV, and preparing for interviews. This course covers workers rights, such as pay and working hours and UK workplace culture. You will also learn how to communicate well with employers and colleagues. By the end of the course, you will feel more confident about finding and keeping a job in the UK. This course is ideal for people who are new to the UK.

You will get lots of opportuntities to practice your new English skills in groups and individually, you will also be given homework tasks so you can continue to practice at home. If you are suipporting someone to find an English class you have come to the right place. This course is funded by the West Midlands Combined Authority.

This course is designed to help you reflect on your wellbeing and make positive changes using two simple tools: the Wheel of Life and the GROW Model. The Wheel of Life helps you see which areas of your life feel balanced and which may need more attention. The GROW Model provides a structured way to set goals and take action by focusing on four steps: Goal, Reality, Options, and Will. Over the sessions, you’ll explore different aspects of your life, set meaningful goals, and develop a personal action plan for positive change.
