On this course, you will explore a range of digital skills and practices. Discover ways to keep yourself and your family safe by learning how to use parental controls, how to make payments safely and how to protect yourself from scammers.
This course is for early booking only.
Course description
This course will develop your confidence and skills for life online, whether study, work or everyday life. You will be encouraged to apply what you learn to real-life scenarios. Explore and setup digital ground rules and create a healthy approach to technology.
You will learn how to set up parental controls for all types of computers and devices, recognise the dangers of online fraud and scams, manage your finances safely, and establish a safe pathway to using social media for both adults and younger family members.
