Course overview

This six-week course is for those whose first language is NOT English. It is an intermediate (B1) level course and you should already be familiar with a basic grasp of the English language in order to access this course. The sessions will develop your reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Lessons will be delivered in a face-to-face setting using a range of teacher led and freer interactive activities to develop your proficiency and confidence. In addition to a focus on general pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary, you will be encouraged to reflect on the English you hear around you and bring new vocabulary and expressions into the classroom to share.
