Level 1: Covers basic skills and knowledge needed for this subject
Level 2: Building on basic knowledge or experience. Similar to Grade 4/ C at GCSE or O level in England or Standards in Scotland.
Level 3: Learn about the topic in-depth and have a broad range of skills. Independent working Equivalent to an A level in England or Higher in Scotland.

Course overview
Course description
This is a course designed for the absolute beginner who would like an introduction to spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel 365. You will learn how to create a spreadsheet, add and amend data, widen columns and rows, select data, format and name a spreadsheet. You will be able to use basic formulas, add and delete decimal places, change data to currency, add a border, change font size, font style, font colour and save a spreadsheet. From the data you will be able to create a pie and column chart. This course will then enable you to have the confidence to move on to further IT skills.
