English for Customer Services: Digital Skills is organised in partnership with Wolverhampton City Council and the Blakenhall Action Community Forum at the Old School, Dudley Road, Wolverhampton. It will give learners an overview of the the world of work and specifically the kind of English language skills required for a customer service role, especially online customer services or where an employee needs to use basic IT packages to fulfil their role.
